Which resource is right for you?

Both the book and the app can be used independently, or together. They are designed to complement each other rather than overlap.

The Book Best if you want to understand vaginismus deeply first — the science, the psychology, and the full picture before you begin practical work. Read at your own pace.
The App Best if you are ready to begin practical work, or already started, and would like structured guidance and a private place to log your sessions and progress.
Both Together Many women use the book as their reference companion alongside the app's practical session structure. Each supports the other.
Neither, Yet If you are not ready for resources, that is completely valid. Simply reading the About Vaginismus page can already be a meaningful first step.
